How Do I use my Gift Card/Store Credit?

Gift Cards/Store Credits are sent to your email. If your order is a little more than your gift card is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout.

You will need a store account to access your funds.  If you have not already made an account, please click the link below and create an account using the email attached to your last purchase.

What if I don’t see my store credit in my email?

Check your spam/junk folder to see if the email is there. If not, email hello@labeautelegante.com with your name, order number, and email address. We will reply within 24-48 hours.

When will my order be shipped?

Pre-ordered items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. Shipping timelines on pre-orders are detailed in the product description, as well as in your confirmation email. Note that unless otherwise noted, any order that includes a pre-order item will not ship until all items are available. NOTE: If you have two different pre-order dates, the order will ship at the later date.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed you will receive a tracking number via email. You can view your order status by clicking the link in the email.

If you cannot find your email, please check your spam/junk folder. If you can’t find it there, please email hello@labeautelegante.com.

What do I do if my order is damaged, lost, or stolen?

Once your order has been accepted by the carrier, we are not responsible if goods are damaged, lost or stolen. We are proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. 

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is damaged upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

Claims for packages marked as “delivered” must be filed after 2 days and before 10 days from the date the package was marked “delivered.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 5 days and within 30 days from the last status update.

NOTE: If you choose not to use Route+ package protection at checkout, please reach out to your local post office regarding your damaged, lost, or stolen package.

How do I return my order?

We allow returns of unused, unwashed, undamaged, un-altered items with tags items returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit ONLY. We do not offer exchanges or refunds. Shipping fees are not refunded. For our return policy click here.

What should I do if my order is missing items or has incorrect items?

All orders are inspected thoroughly before shipping. However, in the event you are missing items or have incorrect items, please reach out to us immediately (within 3 business days of receiving your order) via email at hello@labeauteelegante.com Include your name, email address, order number, and a brief description of the issue and the item that is incorrect or missing. We will reply within 48 hours with further instructions.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal via our website. We also accept all major credit cards during pop-up events.

My discount code isn’t working, what do I do?

If your discount code is not working, it may be invalid/expired. If the discount code is current/valid and is still not working, please contact hello@labeauteelegante.com for further assistance.

Can I cancel or exchange my order once it has been placed?

Once orders are placed, they cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled.

Can I get a price adjustment on previously ordered items?

Due to limited quantities and high demand, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. No exceptions.
