Refund policy

We value you as a customer and 100% satisfaction is our goal at La Beaute Elegante. If you are not satisfied, we allow returns of unused, unwashed, undamaged, un-altered items with tags returned within 7 days of the delivery date for store credit ONLY. We do not offer exchanges or refunds. All returns will be processed as store credits. Those funds will be available for you to use towards a new purchase. 

We do not send return labels. Customers are financially responsible for their return shipping fee. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.  

All accessories, bodysuits, ALL WHITE garments, leggings, Gift Cards, permanently marked down items and items sold at more than a 30% discount are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.  

All Shoes must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all its original tags/bags. 

Shoes must be submitted for return within 7 days of the delivery date. Make sure the product is in its original packaging (ex. shoe box). Shoe boxes may not be returned with tape or any other shipping labels on them, doing so will result in an automatic return to sender/denied return.  

All items will be inspected upon return. Items returned in poor condition will be sent back to the customer as Final Sale.
